Just finished up the robot head and how it connects to the beast head. Missiles are also complete. Chest panels are underway.

Got a bit of a dilema. I can't decide if this option is st00pid or not.

    ^^Swordy for choppin.

    ^^Swordy be shootin.

I came up with this idea cause in the G1 cartoon, the dinobots swords would frequently shoot lazers and were held outright like so. Having the hilt rotate means it'll run the risk of becoming loose so I don't know if the feature is worth it.

It's an awesome touch, I'd say roll with it. I would imagine whoever buys it wouldn't be moving it around much anyways.

Not st00pid at all. I think its a cool little touch. Great attention to your inspiration to say the least. I say roll with it, as TB said above, just make sure whoever ends up with this MP knows about it, and all should be good.

This is looking fantastic. I think the face (mostly the chin and cheeks) needs a bit of work, though.

My second Dinobot comes to a close and, as usual, here's the steps to transforming him......

^^Flip up head and neck assembly. Rotate hands inward.

^^Lift the beast head/chest and extend the lower abdomen panels.

^^Lift the chest panels up and pull out the ptanadon feet. Extend the entire body as you would the seeker mold.

^^Fold the robot arms away as you would on the seeker mold.

^^Drop cehst panels back down and slide together.

^^Open the back of the leg and scissor the feet closed.

^^Roll the feet into the lower leg and close doors.

    ^^Fold wings out.

^^ Bring legs around to back. The entire upper crotch folds with it.

^^Bends at kness to position feet on back. Adjust dino feet.

^^Stand him up or set him on elevated prop stand.

Awesome! I think that's the best MP Swoop I've seen. I can see MP Skywarp parts used for the chest and arms but where are the robot legs from, and were the dino feet and wings scratch built?

Though I do have some reservations. The dino head seems oversized, especially in alt mode; and the wings may be a bit too wide and would be be better without rounded tips.

A simple yet ingenious and effective transformation. I'm amazed it's not been done before for any bird-like TF. (unless it has an I've never seen it). It's much better than all the "compacted robot body hanging underneath the wings" ones---it looks SO much more proportionate overall by having the legs fold up onto the back, leaving the underside kibble-free with just the little feet there.

*whistles* I ADORE how the legs and torso transforms! It's fantastic and results in a sharp turn away from the usual 'everybody just ignore the robot underneath' or 'complete lack of a form' in Beast Mode.

    *APPLAUDS!!*
