I really need to know if Megatron has ratchets in the upper part of his legs for the outward and back / forward movement :(

Some people forgot mentioned that MP-36 even has molded the rifling into the barrel (like a real gun).

PERFECTION! The portions and paint finish is straight out from the TV. I'm ordering and second one to display him back to back with Optimus. Time to sell my MT Desperatron, too bad I can't sell the piece of scrap Apollyon or I may get emails from Ebay.

Don't go over $20. If you have to, go a little bit higher.......but $35 max.

I'm not sure what that picture is supposed to represent but as stated in my post I was referring to the G1 toy. Of which that is not. I put the UNCLE in quotes because I wasn't sure what to call Megatron's full mode.

Well Mp36 is the best looking G1 Sunbow Megatron to date. Without question! Apollyon is bye bye. I need Mp36 yesterday. I haven't double dipped on a Mp figure in 4 years. I'm getting two of these bad boys. And if they release one with a shiny silver. I will most likely get two of those. One for sure.

The funniest part is that no modified UNCLE version of the Walther ever existed in real life, but hey, it led to Megs' iconic gun mode :)

I'd be lying if I said this wasn't my overall most anticipated TF of 2017. Sure, the other stuff looks spiffy, but I've waited years for a new Megatron, as I'd never owned MP-5 after hearing what a forgettable mess that thing was.

That's technically untrue, as 'real life' versions of the 'Man from U.N.C.L.E. gun' certainly did exist, made for the series (they didn't have CGI back then, so even though they were props, the guns were made!) :)

True, but I meant as a working firearm.

However, people have retrofitted P-38s with the scope and silencer to actually fire, so it is possible nowadays!

Just wait for the inevitable KO. It'll cost 1/3 and fix all tolerance issues. This thing should not cost more than $35 to acquire. Once again, the KO will come out to be the superior product.

Hey BuddaMonk, why wait for the KO?

If you want something but can't afford it, just steal it! Take it from a store when nobody's looking. Or better yet, find another collector that has it and just take his!

It's OK right? Cause you want it! Getting stuff you want for free is the best!

    This guy looks amazing.

Seeing this video, I might be most excited about his paint finish — it looks like they found an amazing balance between nailing the toon colours, but still giving it a metallic sheen to evoke a bit of the real world metal feel. Such a huge improvement from what we say with Laserwave.

I predict this guy will set the new high water mark for MPs to date. It's looking fantastic.

    Just put them on ignore.

Back to megs. I too love the finish on him. It does seem to strike a nice balance between toon and reality. This guy can't get here soon enough.

So anyone else planning on running around outside with this to recreate man from Uncle scenes? Grown man running around with a toy that looks like a gun? Can't see anything going wrong with that.

Yeah don't think we should be seeing too many outdoor shots of this in alt mode!
