As the title of the thread says, this is about MP-05 Megatron. I Got this a few weeks ago and only recently realized that

their was something wrong with his feet. I am not sure but shouldn't his feet be a shiny metal like some other parts

of his body? Mine aren't it looks like they are covered in some sort of glue. Not really sure what it is or what

to do with it. I was curious if anybody might know how to get this stuff off. I will put up a pic later if it helps.

Same with mine that I just got today. It doesn't seem to be rubbing off and appears to posssibly be actual chrome wear. BTW, He was MISB, not loose. Any suggestions?

Also, he has a decent sized scuff to the left of his head. I'm pretty pissed about it.....

This has been referred to several times. It's 'Cosmic Rust'. Happens to everyone. Everyone knows MP Megatron gets his feet dirty kicking your other Transformers' butts while you sleep.

LOL, for $120.00 They should at least use frigging rubber gloves to avoid fingerprints, huh? I don't mind the occassional QC issue, but, c'mon....he looks like he was tossed into a toy bin.

It works perfectly on the "cosmic rust". Hope that helps...

A tarnish cloth works just fine. I have to clean mine about every six months. I was a little pissed about it at first but now I have just accepted it as various fluids from dead Autobots and Humans Megatron has stepped on over the years.

You know what would be really nice? If someone cast his feet in plastic.

Mine seemed to have come out perfect. I wonder if everybody else's Megatron is flimsy? The feet seem to be not "loose" but he is sometimes difficult to get into a pose. In other words, it's hard to find his center of gravity.

Not everyone. Mine's just fine, exactly like it was when it took it out of the package three years ago.
