But is it official or not...? There were doubts earlier about that.

a work of wonder as usual!
you're one of those contributors (like, i.e., Maz, Thundercracker or Sixo, and many others) without who this place would be a lot poorer.

I see now! I always liked the sculpt, I just had my misgivings about certain deco choices (spot the mods!).

Just got my second run and I'm having issues with the LR44 batteries. The electronics will not work un less I squeeze the battery cover or put a shim in between the batteries and cover... to pushe the batteries in. I've already tried to bend the contact tabs slightly to allow for a tighter fit, but that will not work on its own. Any ideas/ tricks?

Wow, I saw your pics on FB as well and he looks amazing! How did you remove the toon insignia without damaging the original silver/gray paint?

    Thanks dude!
Copying & pasting my reply from another thread:

Used small amounts of surgical spirit on a cotton swab to rub the symbols off (it takes a good few minutes of back and forth to gradually take off the tampo paint). Tested it out on the hidden symbols (that end up on the sides of gun mode) and that worked, so I went for it on his chest and am so glad I did! I tried to just use really small amounts and keep it moving constantly across the whole piece using multiple buds (just in case there was any effect on the bodywork). Eventually the purple starts to fade, then eventually it wears away.

PS. This is probably the place to ask. Is it normal for his gun barrel shoulder part to swing freely on his back? It doesn't peg in or anything? Also, I heard talk of paint chipping on the first release, which particular areas are prone to it? (mine seems to be happily chip-free at the moment).
