I have only transformed one of my Alternators, but had transformed MP Megatron with no problem. I took my time, followed the instructions, and looked at how the pins and hinges were attached so I would not apply too much pressure and break him. Take your time, be careful, and most of all be patient. I love him.

I don't think that guy realizes that the chest pulls up more, and that would solve all the problems he's whining about.

Well, all except for the broken bit.

I guess a lot of people don't like complex transformers. I think complexity is great.

I love mine, no problems here, of course I didn't try to transform it like a chimp with a ballpene hammer.

Well then I'm glad I transformed mine like a chimp with a rubber mallet.

I know I'll get razzed, but I actually have no intention to transform mine. I didn't bother with Prime. I just want something to look nice on a shelf. If I want to run around and go "bang, bang" I have a real Walther (maybe not a P-38, it's a East German issue PPK that I got dirt cheap in a Utah pawn shop that I carried in the war. Walther makes the best pistols I have ever fired, bar none.) for that. Expensive toys kind of scare me for this reason. I have felt this guy's pain more than once after finally tracking down a rare Toy Biz Marvel Legends and have him disintegrate in your hands, but then we don't know how he transformed it. I'm really careful with mine. I figure if you paid a $100+ for a toy you should treat it with a little more respect than a $10 deluxe.

If I was to buy a $100 transformable toy, the first sign of respect I could show is to actually transform it. :)

Yeah, but these are more like museum pieces to me.

What I meant by respect is that you don't go abusing the toy during transformation like it's something you can take back to Target if it breaks. Plus, the more complex the piece, the more room for something to break, but to each their own. I have a restored Knight Rider car that I love to drive and can't understand those people who just keep restored and collector cars shinny in a garage and never drive them. Go figure, huh :)

This reviewer is a moron, but fun to watch if only because of how he turns his reviews into a 3am talk show.

There's another guy on there, I think his name is 'robotadventures' who makes videos and speaks as though he's half retarded.

The best reviewer by far is 'chucitron'. The TFplanet reviews are ace too.

The dude spends half the review bitching about how goofy his head and chest looks... I mean, doesn't take a genius to see that it lifts into place. If the other stuff doesn't go down...

    He is funny, though.

I always like the insight he adds into the origins of the character for his reviews.

Since he says several times that he broke all of it by himself, there's no QC issue here right?

Seriously, I can't believe it. I've transformed him about 30 times already and all I can see is scratches in the paint job, and that's because I wasn't being careful about it. I'm not even being careful while handling him while transforming, because I've already got another one to keep MISB so I'm pushing this one to its limits to see how much he can handle. I'm just trying to imagine WHAT did he do to break him like that.

i am amused by the guy, not only in his ineptitude at transforming MP5, but also his willingness to share his ineptitude with the rest of the world via youpube.

    haha.

Why do people do video reviews? Why?!? This guy sucks. If I wanted a video review...no, wait...I don't want any vid reviews. Lame! I could only stand 30 seconds. *ugh

I believe they have a great potential.

Unfortunately, it is a potential that many tend to completely miss, IMO. >.>

Maybe I should do some video revews sometime; unlike half the asswits who do it on Youtube, I actually do know how to look after my toys.

The main issue I really have with video reviews is when they take literally half of the review describing how the figure looks, its colors, etc..

... because it's not like we aren't looking at the figure, you know, in the video.

And goodness me, Silverbolt natters on, doesn't he?
