I love this guy!
and ill form the head
its the 2nd edition?
There was a 1st edition? The Certificate says it was one of 15000 in a limited edition for the 20th Anni.
they recently reissued this sucker, mid last year around the time MP3 came out. a friend picked up one.
just like SOC's dancouger.
How can I tell the Differance?
sorry dude not an expert.
i'm not sure it was an official reissue. maybe it was just excess HK stock, like what happened with MP01.
any voltron experts here? can try asking that ligerprime guy. he know more abt anime stuff than me and he lives in the same region.
either way one of these days imma have to drop the money and buy this guy
he looks gorgeous
Did you have any problems firmly connecting the blue lion leg? It was a minor issue with mine, until I figured out the easy fix online. Very firmly forcing it in until it snaps in place. I was scared to force it, but it's sturdy enough to take the slightly more than normal force.
I think that bot is awesome, but I still prefer the tank-like original. I'd like to see them do an MP Vehicle Voltron!
He doesn't look much different than the original release articulation-wise. What exactly makes this a "Masterpiece"?
speaking of, how much does he go for these days?
a pretty penny thats for sure
lookin on ebay i see him as cheap as like $120 and as high as $200 or so
Leg-splay, anklejoints, and I think a waist-joint.
The defination of "master piece" here probably means a "definitive" version of the toy for most collectors. For example, I'm sure many Macross fans consider Yamato's 1/48 Valks as "masterpieces" of the Macross toys.
There was a second production run of the this Voltrom mid last year which is supposingly better in terms of QC from the earlier batch.
Very nice. May need to pic him up eventually...
Nice Kitsune statue in the first pic.
and there you go.
Nice, maybe someday I'll try to snag one.
Nice pics, I so want that.
