At best, i think they have an even smaller version thats around 5", but i could be wrong.

if it is the small KO, which im going to assume it is, the legs are still almost 3ft at the knees. projecting that this guy will be aout 8ft.

if it is the TINY KO that is like 5-6in, it would still make the legs almost 2 ft prob bringing the total figure to 5ft at least. MASSIVE anyway you look at it lol

 

That thing had better be made out of some seriously heavy-duty plastic.

 

Now that's a "true" Masterpiece Fortress Maximus in the making! I've seen some on here recently that I wasn't very impressed with the craftsmanship but this one is going to be incredible! Keep it going bro!

 

mabe it's core is an aluminum boxed frame, that's how I would do the larger parts and wood.. I think the builder has prolly figured that out

i agree with everyones comments, this is seriously seriously awesome stuff, im looking at all the little details that have been added,and this is such fantastic work, i would love to know how the legs attach to the body, and what strength there is, whenever you build on this scale, strength has to be added, but im in awe at the pictures, it really is an awesome piece of work, and full credit to the builder, as a builder who likes to build big, im drooling over the pics, i think KINGBOTZ will too.would love to know more

So would I but AT what cost WOULD it be once it got brought to the states cause TFsource or BBTS would be just about the only place to get it and we all know how those rate.

I hate to say this Payton, but your Fort Max has been one-upped. Maybe even 3-upped.  

EDIT: while comparisons can be downgrading, I doubt we can avoid them. That said, yes, there are many advantages (and disadvantages) to all Fort Max customs, and undoubtedly this one as a huge amount of downsides. Completely impractical, huge and costly, etc. But I think if this one finishes as well as it seems to have been started, then it'll be EPIC. Also, it will have a great ability in terms of it's interaction with stock toys.

 

Guys, can we be a little more tact and stop making comparisons? This is amazing stuff for sure, but why downgrade the work of others?

 

Looks like he's using sheets of Styrene. Easy stuff to work with.
And either MEK or Acetone for adhesive I'm sure

If i was going to make one so big, I'd try to make it in scale with the Classics figures... so they could enter/exit Maximus like they did in the series. Anything bigger than that... I don't understand what the benefit is personally.

 

Finally something to be in scale with WST Transformers! LOL! Mother..........$*#%&* Awesome!

 

He should make it turn into the head of an even larger transformer.
