Great. More Cad-ware. And Insects too. More Great. No-one else thought of that.

Why not fucking release something from your list of things to do before staking out spoilers you may get around to in 2019? Seriously.

Don't like 'em. Don't think I like the line either. As long as they don't stop reformatted I'm Ok; I think the new line is just not for me.

I think MMC kind of fucked up here. While I don't mind Classics styled figures in the MP scale I've noticed a lot of people do. So if they want MP Insecticons, they're probably going to go with BC of FT. I'll be going with FT, but that's because I prefer the G1 style for these characters over the look MMC is going for...

However if these were meant for the Classics line I would be all over them. While I did enjoy my Fansproject bugs for a while, I never really cared for their ninja alter egos or Battle Beast faction symbols. And as far as I'm concerned both Takara and Hasbro shit the bed with their recent Insecticons. The stickers on Takara's versions ruin it for me. (No, I WILL NOT remove the stickers and replace them with Reprolabels) And would it have been so hard for Hasbro to make the colors on Shrapnel and Bombshell match? That's just a spit in collectors' faces in my opinion.

So there's definitely room in the Classics line for an improved team of Insecticons. Missed opportunity here, I believe.

    these look pretty good.

I like how they seemed to have found a way to hide all their insect legs away in robot mode.

"dem ankles doe"! ouch. such a weak point in the designs.

So release date is December 2016? And Kickback looks like a guy in an Insecticon suit.

Insecticon overkill. These look good, but do they look better than the other offerings so far? Not necessarily.

I'm torn between this and the FansToys Insecticons. MMC is by far my favorite 3rd party company but FansToys nails the Masterpiece aesthetic in my opinion.

However I'm in for the Studio Ox Mirage and probably their Protectobots too. So maybe I should switch for the three Insecticons.

Maybe there is time to decide after I have their Sphinx in hand.

Actually, if MMC wants me to buy insecticons, they should go back and gives us the HOS Insecticons they took to the prototype stage years ago. I'd grab those in a second.

I still LOVE their HOS stuff.

Well, MMC reigns supreme again. If I was going to get a set of insecticons these would be them, sadly I really have no interest in such boring characters.

    Maybe the 3P companies should:

    A) Start communicating with each other, OR

    B) Stop SPYING on each other!

    :lolol

Cause as much as some say, "look guys, they don't talk and they end up working on these independently so we have repetition..." What exactly are the odds of THREE 3P companies making Insections at the same time? I mean, there are HUNDREDS of TF characters... why the sudden Insect love?

I find it hard to believe they didn't borrow/steal each other's ideas. Or maybe the designers got together and someone joked about the bugs, and they then "secretly" went their separate ways to make them.

I just think there are a lot of different characters besides these G1, S1/S2's.... More Headmasters, for example, would be nice. :)

And since 3Ps don't need to adhere to insultingly stupid "safety" laws, I would adore the company that attempted a modern Monster bot like Repugnus (WITH SPARKS!!!)! :D

Hmmm. If they are all the same size, maybe I could get one from each company.......

Badcube has the best Bombshell if only for the color changing chest, but I don't have an opinion yet as to what is best from each.

Lol nice job with the company secrecy 3rd parties :lol

I can't be the only one who thinks it would be better if they each knew who was planning what and worked together to avoid pointless duplication/provide a greater overall range for us :rolleyes2
Really? Any more info or just an offhand comment?

At the moment FT are still looking favourite for me personally, but I'd rather wait to see all the cards on the table before I make a commitment on any of them.

I agree. Devastator, Predaking, Dinobots and insecticons didn't all just happen at the same time. (although in MMC's defense they weren't involved in the Dinobot or Devastator wars)
