hmm. that loop/flap thing on the back of zarak kind of looks like the underside of skorps chin, do we know if the headmaster actually attaches?

Yeah 12-14 is a huge overestimation. Even with his tail sticking up above his head I doubt he'll clear 9 or 10".

 

Yeah, I measured my Diabolus, and his head tops out at about 7 and 3/4 so Scorpy should stand about 10" discounting his tail.
