Came here to see if someone made a thread for this. Steam makes me broke, but happy. I guess I'll be cutting back on food for the next 10 days.

Some good titles there. Im thinking of blind buying a few of these smaller/indpendent games.

I ended up with Dirt 2. Sadly it's not working, I'll have to use the googles for a fix. I tried the demo to make sure I could run it but the full game won't start up.

If I had more monies I'd add so much to my growing group of unplayed games bought on Steam.

Bought Episodes From Liberty City today for the one-day-only $14.99, glad I didn't pick it up yesterday. I'll probably pick up Assassin's Creed 2 and the Borderlands DLC at this rate, but I'm gonna wait and see if they get pushed under a daily deal too.

Good timing too, I've been spending the last month of no-school to catch up on my library, already beat out KOTOR, Far Cry, and Lost Planet, and almost done with Psychonauts.

Anyone thinking about getting Dirt 2, don't.

I've spent the better part of two hours doing dark pc voodoos in an attempt to get it to work and nothing. Seems to be an exceptionally widespread problem with the download version. The only real fix is to pirate the game and use the key you get from the download provider. Tempting but I refuse to put my XBL/GFWL account at risk. I'll just let it rot on my games list until I get around to doing a fresh install of Windows on this machine.

Picked up Force Unleashed Sith Edition for only $7.50! The extreme disappointment of it not coming to PC at launch is soothed!

I almost picked that up until I saw the absolutely insane size of the game. 30GB! I rented it before on the 360 and it wasn't over 5GB from my memory. I noticed the same thing with Ghostbusters when I picked that up a couple of days ago. It was something like 10GB compared to the 360's 5GB.

Wasn't planning on getting the regular GTA4, but $4.99 was pretty hard to beat. Now c'mon Steam, give me a daily deal on Assassin's Creed 2 and the Borderlands DLC!

I already have it, but I would recommend Osmos for $2.50 as part of the daily special. Definitely a deal.

Borderlands DLC is also part of the daily deal today, even though its not on the homepage. Just grabbed Zombie Island and Secret Armory for only $3 something each.

I was at Botcon the day L4D2 was ten bucks. :cry

I mean, Botcon was awesome, don't get me wrong, but Left 4 Dead 2 for ten bucks is something I wish I was around for, seeing as I don't value it much over that.

I already have Borderlands on the 360 with all the DLC, but I still bought it on Steam for $20 total. I just can't pass up a good deal. That and my 360 copy is getting worn out.

It's back on sale today along with other deals from the week. Today's the last day for the sale.

Grabbed Ass Creed Dos for the $26 price since it didn't get a daily deal. Overall a nice sale! Time to start chipping away at these so I'm ready for Steam's big holiday sale come November.
