Kidding, it's not that bad.
It's definitely growing on me.
Hey, hey hey! This was already posted in Toyark, stop stealing their thunder!
It's not horrible, but it's my least favorite movie design so far.
I fully acknowledge I will forever be in a minority here, but I LIKE that! Accepting it as a toy and not a movie replica, the jet is barely okay - But, I find the robot is really nice. I especially love the posability he appears to have.
Sorry, but that's the way it is for me...
I like, I like!
I think that this toy just set a new record for "the most advanced transformation" in his size class.
I'll probably buy him, TF him once and then let him rot at the very back of a shelf
The Starscream figure is much bigger than I thought. I like the figure, but still hate what they done to his face. I just wish they didn't put that red shit on that face, otherwise it would be a great figure. He looks better with a perfect "undamaged" face.
the red shit isnt going to be on the production version. This is just something they do to discourage test shot thieves (and it doesnt work.) The Classics Prime/Meg Sets also showed up on ebay with that stuff.
Also, I hate his head even without that stuff. But I like the body. It's a nice.
I suppose I'm in the minority. I definitely think he's better than Barricade, Brawl, and Ratchet, and maybe Bumblebee and Blackout too (need to see more of those 2).
I thought he was bigger than that.
it really is. I've been here and there on the movie toy designs, but this one is just flat-out bad. embarrassing even. (especially after Barricade and Blackout and Ratchet)
he looks like an Ape wearing a kite an an Ultron* helmet
*Avengers villian in Marvel comics if you didn't know...
Hmm... it does look small for a voyager, but it is one non-the-less... of course, Ratchet's kind of small for a voyager too. Well, he is growing on me... and no matter how much I hate it... those chicken legs make that damned robot mode work. If you straighten them... he looks like shit.
Wow, this guy is like a mini Yamato Macross Valk.
Looks fun as hell to transform, and is really detailed.
I love how the upper legs are a sort of "skeleton" that fold into the outside thigh armor.
I like it even more I'm not really locked into what I think Starscream or a Transformer "should" look like though, actually I'm kind of bored with Starscream and finally something breaks the mold to do something original.
The don't really fold in... it's kind of a weird mechanism. It's similar to energon shockblast's tank treads on his back, there is a metal knob and a plastic TRACK that slides over the knob. This figure really has a ton of cool transformation ideas. I wish it wasn't named Starscream, they should've called it Thrust.
That's a gallery of my figure, btw
