Anyone remember the M.A.S.K cartoon/toyline? I've always thought they could make a great live action movie out of that premise. Does anyone know if one is in the works?

I used to love that show. Never had many of the toys...used to play with them at friends' houses though. It would totally make a good movie, if done the right way. I'd go see it.

Don't really remember a cartoon, but my friend and I loved the toys. Wish I still had the big rig, Rhyno.......I know we had him, a camaro, a green motorcycle, Switchblade, a jeep I think was called Gator.......and maybe one more.....don't remember.

I couldn't agree more. I had a lot of the toys but lost all interest in both the toys and the cartoon when it became all about racing. I don't remember why it did that or how it ever even fit in with the plot, I just remember it completely turned me away from them. I still like the older figures but all the new ones were meh at that point.

Whilst the third (final) season of the cartoon was rather lackluster, quite a few fans of the toys would say that it was the strongest year for the toy line in terms of what Kenner released.

I always dug that show and toyline, however, given limited toy buying funds as a kid, I usually asked for TFs over other lines. The only fig I had was the green Condor motorcycle. I'd love to have more, but I really don't want to let myself fall into collecting another line of toys. And, the fact that my local shop has a nice selection of MASK toys doesn't help my willpower much either.

Loved MASK. I agree it would make a great live movie. Hell it would make a great toy line if they brought it back.

I am about five figures short of having a complete set of the figures. Unfortunately I have very few of the vehicles.

My brother and I loved the show. I remember one of our greatest finds was Rhino at a Toy Liquidators for $10. It was the only toy my parents let us have one a piece because it was such a great deal.
