I picked up Doom, Ironman, and Spiderman since they were on clearance and the fact of I liked the look of them since I never picked up the big guys. So my question is, are they gonna make any more of the mini ones? Or are they cancelled since the stores are clearing them out? Or just on hiatus?

Showdown will keep going for the time being. I just picket up Colossus vs. Magneto - sweet set.

Showdown seems really interesting, but I want something with finger posability (I'm talking to you Showdown spidey :mad  ). Nevertheless, its pretty good for something that small.

Wave three just came out consisting of Juggernaut, Silver Surfer, Beast, Green Goblin, and Elektra. Hasbro has given no indication of continuing this line once they take over the Marvel toys from Toybiz.

ML Showdown costs too much for what you get IMO.

I've only got the Woverine/Hulk pack, and there are quite a few that I want, but I refuse to pay virtually the same price as a normal ML or Spidey figure.

    Thats a pretty good price...

They cost £5.99 over here, which works out at $11.24 US each!

These newer 2 pack sets also have improved qualitiy to them. Bodyparts don't pop off as easy as the early waves do. More plastic around the balljoints now

Great Magneto for sure. If I ever find them on clearance I'd gladly buy them as well, but I agree the regular price is too much.

I'm with the folks here who said they cost to much for what they are. The3y are only a dollar less and significantly less to them/ I got IronMan for obvious reasons but that was the one and only.
