Okay, I haven't had time to do any alteration of the modified cannon, so here's an alt-mode photo with a cannon on-loan from a stock TR Galvatron :)

That face is fan-damn-tastic. Bot mode & cannon mode are awesome. You captured it perfectly from the comic. :buttrock

Maybe you could remove the cannon base then add a 5mm peg, then drill 2 holes one under the cannon and one to the rear for the base to peg to.
That should satisfy either mode so long as you've no objection to partsforming on weapons?

    Awesome looking custom btw.

Thanks! And yeah, the parts-forming does not bother me, so I was thinking along similar lines.

I was never really a fan of the comic art either, but this is an absolutely fantastic rendition of this character. You have done a really great job. Thanks for sharing.

I've been thinking about using Hobby Base mechanical hands in 1/144 scale or 1/100 scale on some custom projects. They say they'll fit standard sockets for their respective scale but I have no idea what size sockets to order. What size did you use for your 1/100 scale hands? Do you know what size you'd use for 1/144?
