WOLVERINE #48 Written by MARC GUGGENHEIM Pencils & Cover by HUMBERTO RAMOS Epilogue to "Vendetta" Logan's survived a plane crash, near-decapitation and being burned alive. The question is... HOW? In this special epilogue to the sellout smash Civil War tie-in arc, the answers start to unfold. Think you know everything there is to know about Marvel's most popular mutant? Think again. Logan's newest mystery begins here.
I'm somewhat disappointed that the solicits basically imply what happens after Civil War (in regards to Iron Man and the F4)...I mean, it's not like I really EXPECTED anything else, but being surprised would've been nice. In any case, sounds like some really nice stuff comes in November, particularly with Iron Man, New Avengers, etc...however, if "Iron Man: Heroes Reborn" means that they're starting Iron Man volume FIVE, I will be very upset.
I think those TPBs mean the Heroes Reborn issues of the books. With Civil War delays November is going to be a very light month. Good thing, though. What it lacks in volume it more than makes up for in price with that New X-Men Omnibus HC that I'm pre-ordering when I go into the shop tomorow.
Man that NA cover art sucks! Moving on, I like the What if Avengers cover. It just screams for some stupid sex joke. "I wanna go on that ride, daddy..." "So do I, son. So do I..."
