It's a good series. It's really angsty, and it's mostly a domestic dispute between Iron Man and Captain America over super human registration. That's my description in a nutshell.

There are TPB's for it. I recommend them.

    I think it's great, and it's got 7 issues.

If you like seeing Tony Stark and Reed Richards act like douches, then this is the series for you. While it was an interesting concept, a whole bunch of Marvel characters were written out of character to make the concept work.

It's really good! It got me back into comics and buying them regularly. The most interesting point was, the parallels to politics in reality.

For someone just getting into Marvel all the different characters may be tough to keep track of but its a great series.

It like all the other recent story lines starts out well, then falls flat at the end. It's the beginning of the tearing of part of many marvel characters.

I really liked. The ending sucked, but the rest of the story-arc was great.

No. I really liked the ending in MUA2, and I really really really wished the comics ended that way. Because the endings in the comics was just :cry .

Read Punisher War Journal 1-3 which was a civil war tie-in. best of the series when Cap is forced to work with Punisher. It's a great read watching two very opposite soliders interact.

And it contains my favorite moment of the entire Civil War storyline.

I think it's worth reading in TPB or now in Hardcover.

I thought the first 3 issues were awesome then slowing losing my interest after that....

The Civil War story in Amazing Spiderman was also a really good read if you are looking for companion stories to Civil War.

you would probably be better off starting with "avengers disassembled". i think thats the best jumping on point for 616.

Read Civil War and then follow up immediately with the Death of Captain America.

I was just about to say the same thing. The other heroes' reaction when the Punisher showed up (and the resulting carnage) is among the best scenes of the series.

I'm not really reading the original Marvel universe stuff, but I bought the main TPB of Civil War a while ago and I think was a really good/fun story.

I think they came out with ALOT of books tied to Civil War, but I never bothered with those. This is pretty much the main story from start to finish anyway.
