    Fuc*king humanity man, why do we have to be so damn slow?
    Make the damn rockets already , shoot lots of motherfuckers & water to mars , hurry!!, I only have about 20-40 yrs life left too see a fu*king alien

    Bring a big ass drill machine or something & some unused test nukes

    I'd say that's pretty cool. It'll be interesting to see what kind of microbial life they find up there. I'm sure it was there at some point, so it's only a matter of time. Don't know that we'll see the little green guys, but alien microbial life is just as exciting.

    Robust Rover is Robust.

    But srsly, there's gonna be people in mourning at JPL (and throughout the science and space communities) when funding finally runs out or the rovers are no longer operable. Those little guys are our avatars out there, man. They are our eyes and our noses and our fingers and it's impossible not to anthropomorphize a little, and it's wonderful that they've lasted so long and have exceeded all their mission parameters. If only the manned space program produced similar scientific results for resources invested...
