Hi, I am thinking of making something black, I was going to try the Marker technique some one used here on a Prime and other things, what markers work well, Sharpies.

I tried to look through but could not find it.

The only thing I've seen markers used for here would be to change the colors of windows, lol.

I thought it was on here, may have been Transtopia, I thought someone made a nemesis/scourge prime, from a normal 25th anniversary prime.

He used red on the glass but I thought he did on the body also, I know about panel lining, I just thought this is where I saw it.

I've used sharpie twin tips for panel lining and both silver metallic sharpies and Acculiner permanent metallic gold and silver markers with a lot of success when the silver dries it looks the same as the hasbro silver. Same goes for the gold. hope this helps some.

oh man, i used to use sharpies for customs. trust me, only use them for small detailing. when trying to cover large areas with small areas to get into, the markers aren't the best

I remember the thread youre talking about and I bought Testors Paint Markers, they sell them at Wal*mart. I use the Enamel type.
