I hope you don't mind me posting another one of these, but I figured it might be fun. Keep in mind, I WILL be posting more of these. If you guys are okay with it. But anyway, besides Luke Skywalker, I'm sure you guys know of all the cartoon voices Mark Hamill has done. Which Transformer do you think he could do the voice of? If not Frank or Corey, I would say Mark could be Megatron himself and/or Shockwave. I'd also say Sky Lynx would be good too. Even though I'd still like Aron Kincaid to reprise him. But I doubt that. Anyone else?
I've always wanted to see Mark Hamill playing Starscream, or a similar character. Given his work as the Joker, the Hobgoblin, etc. I think he'd be a pretty good fit for the personality.
He's made a pretty big name for himself as a voice actor. He's been THE voice of the Joker for the past 18 years.
I figure he'd make a pretty good Galvatron, mixing some of the Joker's laugh with a slightly darker tone. Bring the tone down a bit, a bit lower, darker voice, but with the craziness mixed in as well when he goes nuts. I'm not just saying that because Wollstone's avatar makes me think of The Joker crossed with Galvatron, animated style. Though it certainly helped me to think of the idea in the first place.
He could do Megatron. Years ago, there was a Wolverine game for PS2 where he voiced Wolverine, that would work as Megs. Guy has more range than people think
Dude....In my Ideal Transformers series, Mark Hamil would be the main antagonist...... THUNDERWING! I mean Hamil's one of my all time favourite voice actors ever (Joker FTW) and also played my Favourite Jedi ever..... I mean Hamil could voice Megatron and Starscream at the same time. He's that talented. Hell I think he could also do a Fully mature adult Bumblebee Prime if he was using his Luke Skywalker voice. Now in order to get other Star Wars actors like Billy Dee Willaims and Harrison Ford...we'll that'd be another story.
I'd have no problem whatsoever with Hamill as the voice of Starscream, even with a slightly toned-down voice (since apparently Hamill recently decided to give his Joker voice a rest). In fact, I'd have no problem with a Starscream who speaks in a slightly lower register as opposed to going the high-pitched nails-on-chalkboard route.
honestly,it'll be a honor to have mark hamill voice a low ranking transformer in either the live action movies,cartoons or video games. having luke skywalker voice a TF would be leaps & bounds cool. also I've seen the guy recently on a few fan related documentaries on TV. he seems like a really nice guy with zero chip on his shoulder.
Mark's villainous characters tend to be more subtle villains. For Overlord, I'd take someone like Clancy Brown or Keith David.
