Mario stage figures how do they work

    How do these things work i got 3 today , the mario pieces and accesorys have magnets on them but the backdrops are plastic so how do you attach them to the backdrop

    If it's what I think they are, the characters have a magnet on their back, and there should be another magnet that you place behind the background, which should be strong enough to hold the character on the to background. You can drag the magnet on the back to make the character move.

    Yeah there is a smaller magnet that looks kind of like a Mario coin, you use that magnet on the back of the plastic stage, and put the Mario figure on the same spot on the front of the plastic background.

    This way the figure is affixed to the plastic stage background via the magnetic "coin type" piece placed on the back.

    Now that is interesting...It looks like it changes per series. I didn't know that

    I have the first series stages, and they have small coins as magnet backings. That one is a second series stage and it has a used ? block (or just a blank block) as a magnet backing.

    So take what I said in my first post and adjust accordingly...Small coin for 1st series, used ? block for 2nd series.

    It actually took me a couple minutes to figure out the one I bought (Mario and Bowser). I thought the backing was magnetic and that the blocks were just to be placed wherever, then I figured it out and felt like a dumbass :dunce

    Hi guys thanks for your help yeh i figured it out to just after i posted this thread, their fun little things but yeh i also thought the blocks were for random placing it would be nice to get some more accesorys, can anyone put up any more pics they have i would love to see this luigi one.
