Yeah, I think a lot of people (myself included) wanted to say that  

 

I'm not very familiar with the drug scene, but I don't recall ever hearing that one of the effects of marijuana is "urge to eat dogs".

Maybe he folded space, saw a future where he was hungry and decided to prevent that future from coming to pass by devouring a sweet, nourishing dog?

 

Man Eats Dog GETS Eaten by Dead Dogs Neighbors Dogs. Now thats a rebound story to have happen.

 

Can't imagine that being healthy...

Not suprised, seeing as how the president himself has eaten a dog before. (Though, it's still messed up)

 

I think the real focus here should not be that a dog was eaten, but that it was eaten by a dude whacked out of his gourd on bargain-basement brainbusters.
