    I went back to re-read the article and watch the video. Yeah, the cop said that he was driving into oncoming traffic.

    the news would have been better if when the police walked up to him, he started to drive away towards the highway for low speed chase.

    Seriously though, I'm sure this happens a lot more often. Probably happened in my town a few times. There was a guy that would ride his mower to the bar all the time.
