Would it be possible to part swap a jet vehicon's jet kibble onto a normal vehicon? The pink really doesn't work for me. If so, how hard would it be? And would the black/dark purple match?

You could simply paint the Jet vehicon
    purple and save some money.

just separate the pink pieces and spray paint them purple,
or dye them purple. whatever tickles your fancy.

kinda....i dont have the jet vehicon yet but they use the same body the jet version just being a retool to add the wings....that being said the pin removal would be difficult but it could be done...but basically you would have to remove almost every pin and screw on the figure to do it

having both of the moulds i can answer this, yes, it would be possible and the only pins that would need removing would be in the knees, front headlight kibble, windscreen, all in the legs basically. difficult to get at some of the pins but it should be fairly easy to do as all the purple/pink parts are standard across both mouldings.
