I am hearing that Op Ex should be arriving at TCP next week, fwiw. It was listed in their Coming Soon section in the newsletter as well THE CHOSEN PRIME NEWSLETTER FOR MAY 19, 2017

Paid for my preorder at TCP, but he's going to stay in my stash for a while. I have too much coming in and plenty of others that should be dropping in the coming weeks.

    Such an expensive month...

I'm excited for him, but I have several other toys coming in next month (hopefully) at BBTS, so I'll be waiting to ship.

As hard as that will be. :v

Try ToyDojo then. They've got the little guy feel with good prices and super fast shipping.

Toy Dojo is awesome. Great customer support. And if you're ever in Austin, stop by their store. Cool little place.

Lol. My post wasn't intended to sound like I'm putting Striker Manus down. He's a cool figure, but he doesn't fit my collection. But had I known that they'd make a Nemesis Striker, I'd have bought him just on principle.

Nah I didn't think you were putting him down, these figures are hoenestly the nicest I've seen in years though and I'd be surprised if you didn't really enjoy them.

what does TCP mean when they say
"MTCD-01SP will be MADE TO ORDER, and there will be no option for a restock."

these are already manufactured and ready to ship right? to me that sounds like you place and order for one and some dude in a factory in china cranks one out and ships it to you....

The number of figures produced was based around the number of preorders placed by the various retailers carrying this figure. There aren't going to be a lot of extra figures available for anyone who didn't preorder and there (likely) won't be a second production run.

They ran preorders in February for the figure. I'm sure the online retailers are ordering extras based on estimated demand, but there won't be a lot of figures sitting around. It seems like there have been quite a few production runs for Striker Manus and Rioter Despotron, but Maketoys doesn't want to overproduce the figure and have unsold figures sitting around. Plus, I'm sure doing it this way will get people sitting on the fence with him to go ahead and order.

Yeah it does work. I have him preordered even though he doesnt really fit with my collection and i'll probably leave him MISB. In case one day i decide to go back and collect cross dimension, i wont have to overpay for him, or i can sell him.

You could make a pretty nice display with just the figures MT has made or announced - Optimus Prime, Megatron, Nemesis Prime, PMOP, the Seekers, and Bumblebee. I'm sure they will have a lot of stuff to show at TFCon too.

    Moo moo buckaroo....
Maybe he will come with an insane amount of weapons and other paraphernalia that will compel everyone to instabuy!

I agree that his character design is a little different than what one might expect. Honestly the character design that surprises me more is the one for Jetfire. It seems so plain.

On a more important note, it appears that TCP does infact have Noir in as my order has processed and a shipping label created.

    Woot! Pretty excited.

Jetfire does look a little plain, but so does Manus in that comic. I'm betting the toy version will be a lot more detailed and unique.
