Truly beautiful! And very tempting....
These are both in stock a tf-direct fyi......
Maybe one black & one purple hand for each? That will really get things heated up! Or if you dare try... no hands!
I haven't even looked at my SS, but are the hands easy to remove?
Yep. Just slide off the mushroom peg.

Gah, the colour choices on Lightning make me weep for what could have been, but other than that they look great. I wonder when TFS-Direct will start shipping?
Has baba started shipping these out for anyone?
I haven't seen an update on eBay yet
I hope they've just whacked the saturation up on those pics as I much preferred the more muted purple we've seen before.
Yeah nothing from Baba yet.
I guess he's busy shipping out DX9 X34 War In Pocket Dutch.
It must just be the OCD in me and I know it's toon accurate and all, but I could never bring myself to put the seekers con symbols upside-down like that...…..
Well enough about my issues and hang-ups, these look fantastic...…..
You know, what strikes me as odd is that nobody seems to notice that grey splotch right in the middle of Thundercracker's nosecone. The other miscolored hinges are distracting but nowhere near as much as that one. They did get alot right but those spots, and the static landing gear, are real "but why?" moments.
I’ve mentioned it and have sent emails to Maketoys. My guess by looking at Meteor is that it’s a simple matter of how the parts molds were laid out. Same with TCs knee hinges being black. Complete eye sores but the figure is such an upgrade from MP11 that I will have to overlook them.
No, we noticed those right from the beginning. It's unfortunate, but that's the way the plastic mold layouts worked out. The colour layouts between the three Seekers aren't 1:1 swaps. Joint parts are especially susceptible to colour inconsistencies like that because they're usually all gang-molded on their own specific sprue, so it's hard to split them up if they need to be. Parts like that are also frequently molded in "unpaintable" nylon-based plastics, so you're SOL when it comes to fine-tuning the colour matching.
On a $120 collector toy, that's really iffy. Thundercracker actually is a 1:1 swap with Starscream. Skywarp would be without the purple shoulders, null rays, and tailwings. In the original Takara set, MP-6 sacrificed those specific differences to match MP-7. Weird that Thundercracker, not Skywarp, ended up with that spot in the MakeToys set...
Man, again MakeToys got the face colors wrong. But that’s an easy fix I guess.
I'm just curious when this guy will likely hit US vendors. I see some overseas operations have them already...
