Cool! With regards to Hook's crane, do you think the screw can be replaced by a peg?

Honestly, I'm not too sure. it pegs in, but screws on the other end, so I'm wondering if, without the screw, it'll just be too loose to do anything with in bot-mode.

just cant wait for my set to arrive next week I just cant wait to pop them all together.

only small crit is that you say all 4 wheels move when reviewing Crane but the dude has 6. I didn't want to sound mean but you know some a-hole on youtube will make a fuss over it

Cool. Thanks for the video. Sums up my feelings on both sets essentially. I do think set A isn't bulky/heavy by design to not put a ton of stress on the shoulder joints. I expect set C to be bulky since they will have to carry A and B.

Nice review; I watched the entire video.

Yeah, I think they really needed to make Hook's crane removable somehow. It looks kind of awkward in a lot of poses. But I think he's still my favorite in terms of how the bot mode looks.

Thanks for the review TJ. Shame we couldn't see the transformations but oh well.

Questions though. Is the Devy head stored on Hook or is it partsform? What do the undersides look like in vehicle mode (ie any robot kibble visible underneath)?

The Devastator head is one of Hook's feet in robot mode and can be seen on top of the vehicle mode (facing down to hide the face / to look like part of the vehicle).

hahaha. Good catch, but it's not like I can edit an entre video just for that. The anals will just have to stay anal on that one.

Honestly, my big concern with Set A isn't as much the bulk to them as it is the lack of torso movement because of that atrocious kibble. THey just aren't fun, playable bots.

Thanks, and Amen on hook's crane. If he were a voyager, like grappel, then ok, go for it, but as a slender deluxe, he just can't hold the thing forward, especially without real feet/ankles.

Yea, if a transformation is beneficial, for sure... but I don't think 6 minutes of me fidgeting and swearing with these would help anything, lol.

And, as said, yes the head is a part of hook. It's the cab in alt, and a foot in alt.

    Hahaha thank man.

Ditto. The aesthetic of the gestalt makes me "HAVE" to get it in green.

Your video makes me want to spend money, sir. Job well done! Now I just have to decided between G2 yellow or double mint green.

Yep, thanks for the close up on the face. I'll wait until the green version comes out to pick them all up.

    Hey, thanks!

Yea, I definitely wasn't too sure about Green, and then the Gestalt mode really jsut made me had to see it in G1 colors.

Thanks man! I really appreciate you checking it out!
