Huh. Wonder what he did to get in there in the first place. And he turned himself back in.... *Scratches head*

More like the lawyer told him he was looking at an additional 20 years thats more than likely what did it. Though he maybe anyway for assuming the other guys identity.

Just enough time to get out, get a sammich or two, have some sex, call an old friend or two, and then go back. Sounds like a good deal.

The modification of behavior through fear of additional punishment is still progress, isn't it?

But yeah, I'm more surprised that an error like this happened in the first place. Sounds like there'll be repercussions.

Wrong inmate from a maximum-security jail is freed, but he turns himself back in? Something's just not right with this picture...

I bet the people who were at fault are breathing easier now that he turned himself in. He may have saved their jobs.

Good for him. Its funny how an inmate can have more integrity than some "law abiding" citizens.

What was the person who posted the bail thinking. The wrong guy comes out, they're like, "Well he looks completely different than the man I know well enough to post bail for, but I trust our police force, so I must have just forgotten what he looks like. Get in the car, we're going to Denny's to celebrate."
