This is all the information I got after hrs of searching:

    from http://forums.toynewsi.com/index.php?showtopic=2041543
Variation 1: Matsushiro Jetfire 1 - painted macross symbol on the wing, notch at the ear antenna, no rubsign, die cast metal.
Variation 2: Matsushiro Jetfire 2 - sticker macross symbol on the wing, notch at the ear antenna, no rubsign, die cast metal.
Variation 3: Bandai Jetfire - no macross symbol on the wing, no notch at the ear antenna (slender all the way up), come with rubsign, die cast metal.

Is Macross and Matsushiro Jetfire the same thing? It's a pretty obvious difference of the macross symbol on the wing, does anyone have a comparison picture of the antennas of Macross Jetfire v.s. G1 Jetfires?

Nice. Someone should do that for the Yamato 1/48 scale VF1S DYRL.
