I'm backing up my old hard drive to my computer after I erased my data (different story), and I was wondering; Where can I find an old Bookmarks Bar folder for Safari so I can put all of my bookmarks on my computer again? I tried searching Bookmarks, and the name of the folder.

its in your home folder, library/safari/bookmarks.plist

its a pref file, so i'm not sure if you can just overwrite an old one to get the bookmarks back.

I'm sure if time travel via Macs was actually possible, they would have already set up Apple shops throughout history to gouge thier customers.

Needs a new hard drive to get back to 2009? That'll be 2000 goats for parts, 5000 for labour and another 3000 to update OSX to the latest cat-named service pack.

True. I wonder how they would handle the feline naming if they went far back enough before the evolution of that particular cat....

    "The Panther??" ..... "You'll see...."

Get a copy of Xmarks (Download Xmarks) that way you'll never lose your bookmarks and can sync them over multiple machines.
