M.A.R.S. Heroes Cybotronix Robots - WOW!

Anyone else ever picked these up? You always see them at Dollar stores and Walgreens, come with cool little bases.

I finally picked up one of the 3 packs for $5 and was amazed at how nice they really are, the plastic is nice, all of the parts are solid, and they have retty nice balljoints and really cool details.

I thought they would be junk but now I want more...

Monsterforge: Attack of the $5 Robots!!!!

I'm still looking for the transformable Shelby Cobra from the M.A.R.S. line

Are they new(ish) or is it old merchandise? The stores in my area are inconsitent with product so it's not always easy to find stuff like this.

Those look really cool and I'd love a few packs. I've recently taken an appreciation for Hap-P-Kid merch, got the Shelby and Chevelle converters, a M.A.R.S. walking bot, and the PTU Sword (all of it seems to be well thought out and constructed).

    $5!?!?!? Lucky!
    I've only seen single-carded figures at 1 Walgreens, and they're asking $12 a figure! That's highway robbery!

Don't have those ones in the uk i don't think. We just got the big godzilla style monster and robot version. Not bad for a dumb noisemaker toy. Solid enough to withstand a four year old cousin.

I finally found pictures of those damn dinosaurs today. I never knew what you were talking about. These are the ones that come with a pilot and a jet fighter right? One is red, organic, and dragon-y, while the other is black/orange, robotic, and looks like trypticon?

New Cybotronix M.A.R.S. Converters figures are appearing online!

First we had the 3 cars, then the 2 construction vehicles and the military suv, and now we have:

    Goldy Dragon

    T-Rex

    Bony Stegosaur

Each animal's tail becomes a sword for the robot!

    You can see pics here:

I really like the look of these but no way am I paying $40-$50+ for something that'll be $12-20 at places like Walgreens, Ocean State Job Lot, Big Lots!, and the Christmas Tree Shop.

I currently do not know when or where these toys will be for sale at retail, if anyone has seen them, please chime in and tell us which stores are carryng them and for how much. Thanks!

I have a small box full of them. They are a couple of years old. Family dollar used to have knockoffs of them that light up, lol. I've got some carded figures too.
