update 1/22/11 so encline was working on this last month and had to put it down for a bit, but I wanted to show some progress on the face he sculpted.. this was taken before it was sanded and smoothed out.... Sup guys, so after reading LSOTW I knew I wanted to take anther stab at Overlord. I wanted to be free of the Masterforce Godmasters and Base mode. Just concentrate on really articulating the Figure and work on Tank and Plane mode. There’s is a distinct difference between the two versions Comic/Cartoon. This one will have some add articulation, new sculpted head (not shown here) some modes to the arms and shoulders. Also gave him some waist movement as well as some more arm swivel and wrist movement. New Head, Waist articulation Wrist and arm Swivel knees and thighs New Paint! This is what I'm going for Tank Turrent turns into Gun. Still have some changes to make, no wings are attached yet. Should be done in the next week or two.

What is funny is that yesterday noon I was searching the threads to know if someone had already done Overlord some justice and now you come out with that.. hehe Cool! By the way, I see nothing wrong with the original head, seems to be just perfect to me. Man, I really wish I could find some old Overlord mold, even incomplete for a reasonable price so that I could copy your idea. I'm eager to see it done!
ha, ha ha, at, at least you have a sense of humour... I'm exactly the same in wanting to find the pieces to update an Overlord, unfortunately searching ebay to get all 3 main parts it takes at least £60. Can't wait to see this finished.

Holy shitballs sir, I think this might be my favorite Overlord custom ever. If you're still working on the head, I hope you plan on giving him some horn extensions and a leaner head to complete the LSOTW look.
