It's a port in name only. They say things have been added to the gameplay and dungeons as well as the visual upgrades and 3D graphics. This is almost like the Master Version of Ocarina of Time.

    I'm gettin' it.

You aren't the only one. I'll be checking it out myself, wanted to try it and the 3DS is looking sweet so far.

I loved the original OoT, but I'm not going to purchase it again unless they give it at least as much new stuff as Mario 64 DS gave to the original.

I'd hope a new dungeon or two thrown in for good measure would be included. Plus maybe a new item or two. Miyamoto said the Iron Boots would be easier to put on/take off (take that, Water Temple!!). This is a very exciting port.

I own three different copies of that game already; I'm not about to buy a new system for a fourth.

I have that game for the N64, but I wanna get a 3DS to get this game with updated graphics, even though I love the classic N64 graphics.

Fuuuuuuuuuuu.... I thought I'd be able to safely avoid the damn 3DS. Nintendo really hit close to my heart with this as OOT is my favorite game EVAR. Even though I've played through it several times since the night it was first released (made a midnight trip to WalMart and got one of only ten gold copies they had) I'm excited to see what new sheen the 3DS version will have. Damn you, Nintendo!

You guys are in for a treat. I've only beaten the game recently, and while not my favorite Zelda game (I have a soft spot for Link's Awakening DX) it is an incredible game.

Since I've already made up my mind on getting the 3Ds, I can find no good reason to skip on this.

I'm pretty sure this & Star Fox 64 were just tech demos, but based on the fan reactions I'll be surprised if Nintendo dosen't put them into full development.

Yeah, same here. That and the Starfox 64 remake are easily reason enough to buy a 3DS, and it takes a lot for me to care about a portable release.

    Game really does look amazing.

On a side note, should this be in the E3 discussion or not?

Both games are listed on e3.nintnedo.com as games in development for the 3DS.
