Figured I'd start a new thread for a new issue. Here are the first 11 pages *Added 2 more pages.. this issue is taking much longer than the others, mainly because of the huge fight scene. *Added up to page 16... 12 pages to go.. wow.. this issue is tough. *Added up to page 18.
I'm liking it so far man, good concept. Looking forward to how this develops. Could you put a link in your first post to your first three issues? I have them read, but it'll make it easier for others. I'm curious as to their links with the past. Your modelling is very good, they all look great.
Thanx for the compliment, but I can't take full credit. I did not model the base human forms or the monsters. Those figures are available from DAZ3D. However, Knyghtmare's armor the the faces and body type of the characters are custom made morph targets. In case your wondering, a morph target is a outside object loaded onto the base figure to alter the shape of a body part. For example, all the facial expressions are morph targets. I just twist the dial and pose em. So, more or less, you like my character design skills lol. As for the link: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transformers-fan-art/301066-legend-knyghtmare-issue-1-a.html
This was a lot better than I expected it to be. The character's faces look a lot more emotive than they usually do in CGI comics, but the comic is still unreadable to me, sadly. The current major issue with the comic which would stop me from ever paying money for it, is that the text bubbles are all very irregular, the letting is weird. But it really shouldn't be too hard to find a guide on spacing these things and a nice better font to use. Fix that, and I'll gladly try to read it and figure out what's happening.
Urm. Thank for the compliment (how well the characters emote). I'm sorry you find the text weird. The text bubbles are actually presets in Adobe Photoshop, simply resized for the text they contain. The text itself is Comic Sans. I do use a different font for Lance right before he transforms, and when he is Knyghtmare. I wanted the text to reflect the demon in him.
The rest of issue 4. For those that haven't read it, take a look, you might like it. For those who have I apologize for the wait. Tough, tough issue. Enjoy it!
