some dumb ass mother fing kid stole my favorite transformer ever when i was a kid, it was from rid and it was a race car that could basically transform by itself if you pulled something. It was in a two-pack with black jet(which i still have). It was origionaly in machine wars

 

I'm pretty sure that's Skid-Z, who came with Wind Sheer. That's a shame. Hope you find a replacement!

I somehow lost a missile and missile launcher to Universe Acid Storm... other than that, I don't think I've lost anything.

My mind doesn't count, as it doesn't transform and isn't made by Hasbro.*

I had a G1 Prime, two original Scorponoks, a G1 Soundwave, and Metroplex as a kid. I have photographs of me with them. Are they in my house? No they are not.

 

I wasn't collecting for a quite a while in my 20's and had my tf's at my dad's. Among it all were 2 garbage bags with boxes. My dad had some flooding and had to throw out some boxes. Not until a year later did I realize it was those bags. Jetfire box with foam, devy giftset with foam, megatron, starscream, 4 dinobots all with inserts and all gone. The worst part. I hadn't taken out a lot of the accessories. It has taken a while to get that all back, and I haven't even touched getting the boxes again.

 

since making the transition from 'kid who likes transformers' to the altogether more sad 'adult collector' the only part i've ever lost was 07 leader prime's gun, which annoyed me immensely, so much so i felt the need to add it to my sig. Luckily one of TFW's lovely members is going to sell me one, so i'm well chuffed about that.

I had to buy a bunch of Grimlock stuff a couple of months ago, but i lost that stuff years ago.

before then i lost every accessory ever except sixgun, who i played with more than metroplex, and the fuel pump that came with g1 Optimus and that was turning up in my Lego boxes for years to come. i had no idea what it was until recently.

I haven't lost anything per say. But the tip broke off my Animated Sentinel Prime sword and It's got me peaved. I can't find it anywhere to glue it back on either.

 

I lost my Dinobot, All I have left is his weird tail spinning thing.
