I've never heard of a show that was syndicated without 100 episodes. It's considered an industry requirement.
Wholeheartedly agree. There's simply no reason to extend it beyond that, and I didn't expect them too. Now, two more seasons of 20+ episodes means that there's going to be more filler stuff, which is unfortunate. I want some answers, dammit!
that show got too confusing with the Others. i started watching at the beginning of the third season and i'm "lost" again. i hope they all die.
'The Honeymooners' is one. Another is 'The Shield', which is in a weekly syndication of the older episodes on other channels.
Children's programming Syndication is typically around 60-65 episodes, and often times even less depending on popularity.
