For figures that have extra little loose pieces and whatnot, what do you do with extra parts?

Example: A complete G1 Menasor has all the little guns and larger guns for the individual bots. So what do you do with the extra parts? Display them with the figure(s)? Store them? Bag them up separately and store them? Bag them up as Menasor parts and store or display them? Bag them up and let the dog play with them? :sly:  :lol

I like to put all the loose bits in little baggies and lable them and put them in a bigger ziplock baggie and put in the rubbermaid plastic storage thing with all my instructions. I do this with all my figures not just TFs, but GI Joe and SW.

Thanks guys. I think I might combine the ideas. Labeled baggies inside a tackle box. :D

When on the go, in my pocket.

    At home, in a bin.

I use a tacklebox also.Since the compartments can be ajusted to fit your parts and with a clear cover you don't have to opent everything up to find the parts.

tuppaware. it's the less manly version of a tacklebox :(

that's mainly missiles and useless Energon Gem things though. stuff like spare revoltech hands get bagged up because i'll never find them all again. the big accessories like jetfire's rockets get stashed on a random shelf, and marginally decorative stuff like ani oilslick's barrels live by his feet on the shelf.

all my paperwork lives in a big ziploc folder.

Like most have stated, I also use a clear tackle box. I have two - five drawer sets that I keep most of the loose parts in. Some of my bots are standing on baseball card boxes, I use the clear plastic ones for a riser effect. I can keep the loose parts for that particular bot in the stand that they are resting on so that they are together with the correct bot.

I've got a big red Rubbermaid container I have a bunch of extras in. G1 missiles and individual combiner robot weapons, a few Gobots, the 6" Titanium stands...it's still not even close to being full, it's worked out so nice over the years.

I just put them in a zip lock bag and hope to sort through all of them eventually. :)

A huge pile in a closet. I admit it's not a good solution, but I am a lazy man.

    A box.

If they're useless or damaged, they become body parts for customs.

Crammed in the corner of one of my display shelves. It sounds disorganized (and it is) but my extras only consist of a wind vane gun thingy, 2 jet-skis, and a couple missiles.
