I believe charging others for your own Paypal fee is against the user agreement anyhow. It's your account, not the buyer's...
Armada Tidalwave is complete. Missiles and that little minicon, Ramjet I believe, come with it. Actually for everyone, all loose items are complete unless otherwise noted. Lately I've been charged 3-4% on paypal fees on other toy forums so that's what I've been going on. Actually if you do the math, 4% is still cheaper the 2.5% + .30 cents unless you buy my alot of the items I've put up for sale. (ie. 30cent = 30% fee of $1)
