    Good luck buddy. I had to import mine. Look outside America unless you want the orange cap. Or you could wait for mp11 as a long shot

    well don't know if it helps you... but what if:
    1.you find a fellow board member to get it first hand!
    2.make him/her unpack (gently)
    3.transform to robot (again very gently)
    4.ship box and robot megatron separate but in a big box together?

    I would love to help you, but that would mean first to me..@shipping
    then to you... that would be a lot of unnessesary hassle..

    but try your luck here if someone who can pick it up from the store...
    or in someway can offer you the best deal :D

    goodluck my friend... I got lucky on my Megs... for just 50euro from a fellow dutchmen who stopped collecting :rolleyes:

    @G60Force
    Hey, isn't it already in robot mode?

    I mean hypothetically if i get it MIB.

    I wish i could get some one to send it to me lol.

    But Australian customs consider it a gun replica, i could have gotten it earlier for about $170 AUD (and it was in Aus) but i thought it was a bit steep, then found out its gonna cost more then that to into Australia, so im just kicking myself. lol

    50.00 EUR = 66.4002 AUD

    WOW, you got really lucky, wish i had you luck.

    But thanks for the suggestions.

    Regards

    I saw a YouTube video of a guy who had to get a gun license to import a G1 Megatron without having the cap placed on it. Not sure if that applies to MP Megs but it's just a guess.

    I got mine at a Japanese-hobby store in Adelaide... For quite cheap too!

    The fact is, you're not gonna get him through the mail.

    @Starscream Gaga

    That's not true, i got G1 megatron off eBay, and almost got MP5 from eBay as well. Both items were already within Australia.

    After reading all this on Austrian laws about g1 or MP Megatron, the orange cap doesn't look that bad.

    And here is a story on MP Megatron seized by Australian customs.

    And the funny thing is, you can go to any bargain store, and buy a more realistic toy gun for like $2 (albeit it DOES have an orange cap, but is actually easy to remove)
