Hey all! I need your help. I'm looking for people who collect loose figures, but buy from current lines (or for some reason have the packages left over from older lines) who are willing to cut up their packages a little. What I'm looking for are boxart scans.

For example, on the current Generations/2010 line, all of the packaging art is behind the bubble. I'd need someone to cut the bubbles, instead of cutting under the bubbles and ruining the paper, and then scan them.

This is all for my archive (BIG WIP) here:

the Repair Bay - Transformers Archive

The archive's not even CLOSE to being finished yet, but I'm working on it as we speak.

Anyone out there who can help?

EDIT: Preferred minimum resolution should be about 1152 x 864, but smaller should be fine. If you can make it a larger resolution without being blurry, that's fine with me. As long as the images are a decent size and are nice and clear.

You can send the files in jpg/jpeg format to repair_bay@yahoo.com

Thanks so much guys, I'll continue to work on the site, and hopefully we can have an awesome resource for collectors up in no time!

I don't keep packages any more, so I'll be happy to help.

Here's a little trick for everybody, maybe edit this into your first post:

If you use acetone (or nail polish remover) you can "unglue" the bubbles from the card, preserving the artwork.

I have a Tracks, Jazz, WFC Cj, Uni Hardhead, and maybe a few others lying around here i haven't opened yet, I'll get you those pics.

A little. I still have yet to find Gen. Dirge. I have seen his case mates but not him.

    *edit*
I've got my scanner up and running. Is there a specific resolution, file format ect. you are looking for? How should I transmit to you?
