I want some non biased information on getting a new credit card. Mostly I just want to do a balance transfer from my current "Bank of America" Visa card to a new card with preferably 0% APR on balance transfers for 12 months or so if I can get a card with 0% APR on balance transfers and purchases that would obviously be even better my credit rating is between 715-720 depending on which bureau your looking at.

Also just be aware that on any balance transfer that you do get, they do charge anywhere from a 3-5 percent fee for the transaction.

    So its not really 0%

For people who has bad credit, don't apply for that First Premier Mastercard.
They will charge you a monthly maintenance fee.

I used to have one. When I finally paid it off the balance, they were still going to charge me that maintenance fee. So I called them up and told them to cancel my account.

I still get emails from them every now and then, wanting me to apply again.
