i never said "ungodly" so squall, just cause someone says 'no thank you, thanks for your time'
means just that and nothing more! you should be a little more respectful with making
harsh accusations against people you don't even know!
not all of us on here have a little more than 30 dollars to piss away for a figure!

i meant 'ungodly' in general, and his price is on ebays" buy it now" option is 25 plus shipping on top of that. just because his bid starts on 20.00 doesn't mean it will stay that amount.

Dude, you need to chill out. Trust me, I've seen them go for $50-70, so $25-30 is a pretty sweet deal. The only way to buy one cheaper is to get one loose, but no one's going to sell you one at the retail price 3 years after it was in retail stores. It's just the way the after market works, man.

I am chill dude, just defending myself Is all.
When I was considerate enough to give someone a polite rejection he took it upon himself to state that the price he gave me was ungodly.
I never said that to him. And has he apologized for it? absolutely not.
    Have I found a figure yet? No, I haven't.
He just assumed I turned down his offer, because
I thought it was a little steep, but thanks
    For the reasonable reply. :)

Alright, fair enough. Just seemed like you were attacking him. I didn't see his comment as something rude, unless you're refering to something in a PM. I was just pointing out that that's a pretty reasonable offer these days. Anyway, best of luck finding one. :)

    Cheers.

    No apologies and no assumptions.

I said you were welcome to make an offer. You could have had this sealed one shipped for the same price you ended up getting for a loose one. Of course eBay prices are slightly inflated seeing as how eBay takes a cut off the final price, plus a cut of the total shipping cost, plus Paypal takes a portion. That's why I would GLADLY handle a deal outside of eBay.

With open communication, you could have made me an offer. It's all part of building the community. I'm glad you got one, and at a non-ungodly price :)

In the future, if you are going to post a wanted post like this, you should definitely start out by describing what you feel is an "ungodly" price though. No harm, no foul though. You got your figure, and mine has a bid on it. Awesome.

your right,I'll be sure to go ahead and a little more specific.I will state for the record when you sent me your link for your ebay sale,if you would've mentioned thatin the PM you sent me ,I would've jumped on the opportunity. The last time i bought something off someones ebay he wasn't really willing to deal outside of ebay, his excuse "I don't wanna lose the possible money i can make by keeping it on ebay"and he is a member on this site. You can't deny the fact that i did turn you down in a polite manner. when you wrote that "I thought it was ungodly",
I immediately got defensive. All i could tell myself is why would this guy say that, and why would these other guys on here start to think that I would venture into collecting these as some kind of cheapo?lol I LOVE this site! Why would i want to ruin any chance of building possible friendships with people that share the same passion as I do.
Well 3 years of chemo and filling out a last will and testament in front of my loved ones has thought me that, sometimes you need to man up and admit you fucked up! Well I did.
will you please accept my dearest most sincere apologies?

We're good man, no need for apologies. I've been on this board long enough to know words never communicate what we are really trying to say.

I'm always willing to sell off of eBay...it's just smart business. I mean, sure if you have a "hot" item like a Vehicon or something, you might want to take your chances on eBay, but even then, I'd rather deal through TFW2005.com

The members here are awesome, and even when there is a disagreement, it's better handled through communication here than through eBay.

This is definitely my go-to site of choice for selling stuff! Anything you need, you are always welcome to check my thread or my eBay sales (like I said in my PM), and that way you don't have to worry about any "ungodly" prices! Don't be asking me for $5 Predakings though! I had that happen before, hahaha.
