They are SO cool. I'd really like to get those figures to... but I can't afford collecting much more than TF and Robotech... so I'll enjoy the pics instead :)
Ace McCloud with Sky Night and Oribtal Interceptor
May Ray with Tidal Wave and Cruiser, Tidal Blast and Depth Charger
Jake Rockwell with Fireforce and Hornet...

wow I still remember after all those years :D

I seriously thought about getting a few of those, on account of LOVING the cartoon and catching a few episodes on VHS a while back.

But I'd end up going completist, then MIB completist, then MISB completist...and I can't afford even the first one.

I actually got a pretty good deal. I bought the whole collection on ebay for $70 shipped which isn't too bad. Now all I need is hacker. I also need to get me a wild weasle and skybolt.

    AWE-SOME

The show rocked, the toys rocked and everything else about them rocked.

They look like they're in great shape, brand new even, with every piece present and accounted for. Awesome haul.

Yes they are all complete but some of the pegs are a little worn and fall off if handled too much. Also one of the tabs on deapth chargers leg is broken so his leg falls off in some positions.

Oooh. Centurions. I always loved the Centurions, which is probably why I like the Japanese Busou Shinki figures so much. Similar concept, just different genders.

...Hmmm. I wonder if the part slots match up.

Ha! Centurians are responsible for me getting caught shoplifting at Target when I was 9 or 10 (I forget). I wanted Ace SO bad but my parents always said they were too expensive. I ended up opening one and stuffing it into my coat and getting busted on my way out with my mom and sister. Learned my lesson though (be more careful when stealing! J/K). Man, the Target security guy had me so scared I was bawling.

But yeah, those were some great figures and really durable. I remember getting a tiny version of Ace that had a backpack that you could take off and use as a set of working microbinoculars. Good stuff!

That's the guy. I think they were around the size of GI Joes, or maybe a little bigger. Not as articulated though, and I think the helmet was permanent.

Ah what a great toy line. I still need to get a Max Ray figure, depth charge, sea bat and awesome auger.

    power

Did they ever make the last two lame guys, the "Power Expert" and the "Infiltration Expert" aka white man and token minority.

I guess if they did they came out very late on and would not be widespread, I had bought partial bits of the Traumatizer robot at a flea market once, the only one I ever had as a kid was the Ace McCloud little eraser thing with the big red rocket.
