look what I just bought: Alt Mirage U$ 12

    Hi everyone.

    I got today Alt Mirage.

Place: Chillan, Chile, South America. It costed me 12 dollars (6.000 chilean pesos).

I saw three of these, so I picked one and bought it immediately. It was all new, sealed.

    Pics, so you believe me:

wow, that's a lower price than it is in America. I heard most countries were most expensive than America (especially UK and Australia). Congrats :)

I have the feelings that those jackass commited a mitake during labbeling, cos it was originally at a Cybertron deluxe price (a U$ 19), and the cashier told me that it had a discount :lol :

I paid about $21 after taxes for mine and I was fortunately to see one recently with good paint app to replace the one I already have from HTS with several paint chips. Right now with the holiday season I doubt you will be able to find it anywhere.

Regular price for an Alternator in Canada is $30 ($26 in US dollars). When they go on sale, it's usually not for less than $20.

So yeah... you got a great price! I even ended up buying my Mirage on Ebay used at around full price, because I was getting sick of waiting for him to arrive in stores in my area. Most of the time, we seem to get stuff a few months later than the US does. The only exception was Wave 1 of Cybertron, which for some reason we got here in Quebec about 2 months early. Wish it was always like that! :)

I lLOVE Alt Mirage by the way... my favourite Alternator so far. What do you think of yours?

Sweet deal, Taker. Alt. Mirage has, IMO, the tightest alt mode in the whole line.

The only Alts I've never seen with my own eyes at retail were Mirage and Camshaft. A friend of mine who works at Wal-mart saw Mirage twice and bought one for me the 2nd time. Never seen it since then. Never got Camshaft (though I am getting one for Christmas from the same guy, he had to ebay it).

Never saw Nemesis at retail either, but that goes without saying. Ebayed one back in August.

hmmm...i just saw alt mirage the other day, had some messed up paint on the stripes though. he cost just shy of $22 with tax here in NJ. I almost bought it to sell here, however I didn't think people still needed him.

I also saw a camshaft at a local comic store for $29.99. I was tempted to get it but didn't know If i could recover the $30.

Regular price for Alts in Australia is about $45 AU - which is roughly $34 US.

No alt Mirages for us Europeans (unless we import), but alts generally cost £20 in the UK which is about 35-40 USD, I don't know what the alt prices are like in the rest of Europe though.

Well, I love my Alt Mirage. The only problem with it is that it has his left knee loose, a lot. I don't know if the screw is the problem.

I'm still wondering how the hell 3 Mirages and 3 Camshafts appeared in my city, practycally out of nowhere, and at those low prices. :lolol :

Getting Alts over here is a royal pain. Fortunately, getting them from Case Fresh works out cheaper than UK retail most times. Even with customs, they're still only UK retail price. Pretty good I'd say.
