Not the point of RPG Maker, or LittleBigPlanet. With both, you can create content and share it with others (built in with LBP, needs dex drive or max drive for console RPGMs) or you can just enjoy stuff that other people make with it and never ever touch the creation engine yourself.

All three codes have been given out. Good luck to anyone else trying to get codes. =)

I have three LBP beta codes that I don't need. They go to the first three people to PM me. =D

I understand this... I'm not exactly new to the gaming industry. Regardless, I don't really see this as being something that'll last the tests of time. It's a great publicity stunt if anything. Sony is pushing a killer app, creating great hype while developers don't have to do anything and let people make content. It's easy... but also lazy. Maybe if they gave me company developed campaigns or level sets or things like that I'd really be psyched, but from what I gather, it's just one make and share type of deal. I'm pretty sure we're gonna get some cool levels out of this, but once the community finds the next best thing, this game is pointless and won't be considered a classic in 20 years.

    Lazy?

Considering the massive physics work that has gone into this game, the skill and creativity that went into giving us such great and versatile tools, I don't see how it qualifies as Lazy. not a publicity stunt either. yeah, it has a bunch of pre-made levels. three are in the beta, and they are GREAT. I cannot wait to see the rest.

This thing has taken years to make, it's a masterpiece from what I've played in the beta so far. it's an incredibly powerful tool, that is very easy and intuitive to use. the interaction you can have with levels goes far beyond any platformer I've ever played before.

The developers for this game had to do a hell of a lot more than developers who make games that DON'T have to bend to the wills of gamers via a creation engine. nothing about this game could have been easy to make.

Holy crap, first of all thanks for the Beta Key, Panzerjedi!. Second of all, this is really fun, and that's because I'm just playing the silly tutorial. But the creation tool is more simple than I actually thought it was going to be. I seriously can't wait to get deeper into this and check out what people are coming up with.

damn, we will have to wait a week to play it again. Crap, that means I only have tomorrow to play because I'm going out of town this weekend. At least release is this month.

This months really sux, LBP, Fable 2, Star Ocean, Motorstorm, and then early next month, Resistance and Gears. LBP will be a must for me, even if I have to wait on others.

I just got the beta last night. Played the first two levels, definately a fun game.

I might try to make a level before the beta ends. (if i'm able to)

I can't even explain how wrong you are about this game. I have played it for a few hours and I can confirm that it *is* revolutionary. Saying the developers of this game are lazy is an error of epic proportions.

This game actually has a story mode. With campaigns.

    :lol

This post is absurd, it reads like something from GameFAQs or, at best, someone who saw a penis level on Youtube and nothing else. Great work.
