You would need to join and then when you make an offer, you can specify whether shipping is included or would be a separate charge.

I've only used it a couple of times, to purchase a KO Shockwave and the KO Headmasters set, but everything worked well.

It's like Ebay with lighter traffic and less rules.

You do need to make a account and should use paypal.

Also, at least in my limited experience, I wouldn't expect the boxes to arrive in perfect condition. The packing jobs on my two purchases were, to put it mildly, creative and didn't provide much protection during their respective journeys.

I used it once almost a year ago to get a KO G1 Shockwave and Dinobots. I read up on past transactions for the items I wanted, and made an offer for the items with shipping included. The dealer answered my questions for me. Used Paypal and everything arrived well. Boxes were in great shape. The Dinobot ones weren't even put together.

No problems at all. Smoother than some of the Ebay auctions I've been through. But I'm sure that varies from seller to seller.

Just don't go there expecting vintage since 90% are KO's.

And most of the sellers are overseas so it will take time to arrive.

Been doing business on Ioffer for a few years now. Great for buying and selling. Never have had any problems. You can transfer all of your Ebay settings and feedback rating over too which is very cool.

I also signed up there so that I could get my hands on a KO Headmasters set & in a way, it's kinda better than Ebay in that there's no chance of getting sniped in the last few seconds by some f#ckwit... :lol
