This little girl got teased so mom and dad reconstructed her ears.... Child Gets Plastic Surgery to Avoid Bullies its sad but eventually the 7 yr old would get the surgery ,,, at age 17 or later in life maybe in her teens or adult hood..... Mom and dad say their child was called " moneky ears " .... but the child says she was not teased... at the end of the video mom finally admits it was " premtive " to prevent bulling... So whats next nose jobs for children ?
If you had payed attention to the video, you would see that she hadn't been bullied. So this is really just a case of overprotective parents getting stuff for free because of potential bullying problems. And that just makes me sad.
Its either soft ass kids or soft ass parents.... Kids need to whup some ass and parents need let their kids live a little, you can't save them from everything... Do what the nerds in the 80s did, became bosses, hired the ones that use to bullied them, then fired they asses...
I agree. Is it her mom trying to live through her daughter? If she didn't get it for free, martial arts would be cheaper. If she can live through it...
ahhh if you had payed attention to my thread... I said she was not bullied the parents did it to prevent bulling.....
Something about the title says the contrary. But I digress, seeing as I have no way of proving, with the current amount of effort I want to put into this, whether you're wrong or not.
The title is from the article... I posted in the thread , the kid was not "actually bullied" but the parents said so then had her get surgery , then later in the same video admitted they did the surgery was to "prevent bulling" whocares.....
That's not too bad, I guess, at least it's not a nose job and some botox for fuller lips. But really, they should save that resource for the kids that are born with nasty shit like cleft lip and palate.
This is just the wrong way to go about something like this. It tells the child that there is something wrong with them. It shows the bullies that they were right. Plus her ears look way too flat on her head now.
Mean kids would be mean, but the overprotective parents jumped to action! Now the non-existent bullying will stay non-existent.
Is this much different than removing a birthmark, getting braces or fixing a clef pallet. It is not like her ears just stick out, one is cupped and one sticks out. And while she doesn't look bad by any strech, I support her parents in giving their daughter the best chance to live a normal life.
My younger brother got his ears fixed at a young age too. Minor procedure, nothing to write home about. He's in in late 20s now and he's glad he got the surgery back then.
