    Ebay:
I've never had to do this, so I don't know the best way to go about it. I sold some stuff recently, and made it clear in the terms of the auction that payment was due within 3 days. One guy has not paid up yet, even after a "friendly" reminder. I cannot get a hold of him at all.

Do you file a non-paying bidder strike against him right away? Send a second chance offer to the next guy? Relist the item? What will cost me the least with eBay?

What is the best way to go about it?

    Negative feedback?

Things happen. Maybe send another message and give it another day?

Send a firm (but not rude) email and give him the weekend to reply. If nothing happens then start the NPB process, either he'll ignore it or he'll hopefully pay.

4 days (the auction said payment was to be received within 3 days). I went with the firm but polite note idea. We'll see what happens at the end of the weekend.
