    OK:

    Leader Prime................Leader Megatron
    Voyager Ironhide.........Leader Brawl
    Voyager Ratchet
    Deluxe BumbleBee.......Deluxe Barricade
    Deluxe Jazz.................Deluxe Scorponok

I guess I got these right?

    Starscream needs a Leader Class
    Blackout needs a Leader Class
Bonecrusher needs a Leader Class (or at least a Voyager? - would that work?)

Frenzy needs a really articulated and detailed Mini-Con or something.

    Does this sound right?

Anyone want a transforming Mountain Dew machine? :D

Anyone who has atleast half of a brain.

    That list seems about right.

    Frenzy should be leader class

to actually be in proper scale with most figures, blackout would actually need a new scale, larger than supreme. he's big. very big.

All of the autobots are in scale with eachother.
The decepticons are roughly in scale with eachother (I do mean roughly)

However, the autobots and decepticons are WAY out of scale with eachother.

It's a retorical question right?? Well off course, everybody wants an MD bot. Even my friend's dead mother-in-law.

That size class I can swallow. As I said in another thread, just don't make him an ultimate, I don't want to die laughing when I activate his animatronic and sound features.

EDIT: And if they do make an ultimate version of Frenzy, they should incorporate a special feature, so when you're showing him to your friends and relatives you push a well hidden button and he just flips the finger like in the movie.

No they aren't. leader-prime's truck mode is way too big, jazz should not be bigger than bumblebee.

You're kidding, right? Bonecrusher and Blackout are only slightly close to one another, and Starscream is ridiculously out of scale. Megs should be a bit taller, too.

nothing in the line is in-scale, and it doesnt matter. it's a toyline. a TRANSFORMER toyline. part of a franchise where scale has never been considered for anything outside of the alternator line.
