    I have:

    Mario Kart DS
Animal Crossing: Wild World (well, it's in transit, anyway)

I plan on picking up (eventually):

    Metroid Prime: Hunters
    Tetris DS
    Final Fantasy III
(very likely) New Super Mario Bros.
Nintendogs (if I can find a copy for dirt cheap)

It's not a very long list, but the system is still young. :)

Jump Superstars is pretty fun. I played a friend's copy and picked up how to play after a couple minutes even though I couldn't read the instructions. Definitely need a good guide to get the most out of it.

Castlevania DS is excellent. Nice graphics, solid gameplay, and if you want to collect all the souls you'll put a lot of hours into it. The touch screen support feels gimmicky to me (you have to draw a "seal" after you defeat bosses; if you don't do it correctly in time they come back to life), but the dual screen does allow you to always have the map pulled up, which is handy.

New Super Mario Bros is getting rave reviews and is probably going to be essential.

I'd stay away from Metroid Prime Pinball. It's a somewhat bizarre mix between pinball and an action game. There are only two real tables to play on (there are also three small boss tables, but there's really nothing to them other than killing the boss). It's an interesting twist on the genre that might be worth picking up if you found it cheap, but not really worth $30 with its limited replay value.

I'll give you my views on the titles you listed that I have:

Kirby: Canvas Curse- Really fun game! Uses just the stylus, and is just a fun take on classic platforming. This was the first great orignal game to come out and bring the DS out of its drought period. I highly reccomend the game, but keep in mind that it is kinda short.

Metroid Prime: Hunters- Single player = meh, been here/done that before. I actually have not finished it yet. But multiplayer is just awesome for a handheld. I really liked getting to play with the other bounty hunters. The thing is that I STILL have not had a chance to play with anyone here at TFW. ;)

And if you're into falling block puzzle games, Meteos is quite entertaining. One of those games that cant work on any other game system too!

But New Super Mario Bros is out this week. That is sure to be a must have.
