1: Reflector. Not really known as a combiner, but I consider him as such since he is three separate robots that combined into a camera. Agree?
    2: Devestator
    3: Bruticus
    4: Defensor
    5: Superion
    6: Computron
    7: Predaking
    8: Abomonus
    9: Menasor

    Am I missing anybody?

    Agreed
Those are all the ones that showed up in the Hasbro G1 toon.

But there are others from the G1 toyline and the G1 Japanese sequels.

Yeah, do we want to count Squakbox or Slamdance?

    What about Flywheels and Battletrap?

Do you count headmasters as "combiners"?

I never considered Headmaster, and Targetmasters as combiners cause their just a part of the robot that separates. But what about Reflector? He is three separate robots that combined to form the camera? Wouldn't he count as a combiner? Your wiki doesn't mention him.
I know I asked about G1's, but what other series had combiners and what were they?

who knows... when I think combiner, I think of the robots you mentioned but you could make valid arguments for others. Its pretty much up to your personal preference.

Well, it sort of depends on your definition of combiner, but combiners (as in individual bots with a distinct robot and alt mode combining into a larger robot mode) appear in the toylines for

    Headmasters
    Masterforce
    Victory
    Beast Wars
    Beast Wars II
    RiD
    Armada
    Energon
    ROTF

And, of course, in the universe/classics toylines.

    Did I miss anything?

If you're counting Reflector, Dreadwing (Darkwing and Dreadwind) could fall into that category too.

If you're counting robots who combine besides gestalts, don't forget the Micromasters combiners :)

I thought about those two. Weren't they the Powermaster jets that just formed into one larger jet?

By "Micromaster combiners" I specifically mean the battle squads that came in three packs, as well as the mini transports and the Autobot Battlefield HQ. :D

You make a good point. The tape-duos seem to functions in somewhat the same fashion, to wit: two distinct robots with their own minds combining into one mode that acts in a coordinated fashion and tends to have a single name for said combined form.

I mean, Squawkbox couldn't walk or fight if the minds weren't coordinating somehow, same with Dreadwing being able to fly.
